Exposed is a show dedicated towards celebrating the talents and gifts that are present within the Asian American community in the Pacific Northwest. The goal of the show is to allow local artists to represent themselves on a live stage and show to the world passion for the arts. Our vision behind this event is "Reflection. Expression. Impression."
What this means is that we want our performers to ultimately "reflect" upon their lives and what has created the greatest impact upon shaping who they are as a person whether that be their home, their faith, or their community.
Through this reflection we hope to encourage our performers to "express" themselves through the arts. Whether this is through music, dancing, rapping, or drawing, we want to encourage everyone to pursue their passions and use their own lives as an inspiration towards creating something amazing.
Finally we want to create a lasting "impression." Whether this impression is made upon the audience that is watching the performance or upon the performers themselves, it is our goal to see the arts act as something that will continue shaping who the artist is as an individual and who they will become in the future.
